I’m inspired by the human body, movement, and physiotherapy. I’ve a Master’s degree in Sports Science and I've been working as a personal trainer for over 15 years.

My mission is to help people improve their mobility, build healthier joints, and move with less pain.

My goal is to make mobility simple, structured, and effective — and to help you build habits that support healthy movement for years.

  • Are these programs suitable for my fitness level?

    Yes! These programs are beginner friendly and have also advanced exercise progressions.

    If you have serious injuries or health issues, please consult with a doctor or specialist before starting the programs.

  • What equipment do I need for the programs?

    No extra equipment needed!
    These are mostly bodyweight training programs. You definitely have a wall, floor and a chair. For some bonus workouts you will need tennis balls, foam roller and resistance band.

  • How long will I have access to the programs?

    You get a lifetime access to all programs.

  • How long do the programs last?

    The shoulder, hip and spine program lasts 6 weeks. Ankle program lasts 5 and wrist program 4 weeks. Every program has 1 bonus week.

  • How often do I have to exercise?

    Just 10 minutes a day.
