I am a personal trainer with over 15 years of experience and a Master’s degree in Sports Science from the University of Tartu.
Motivated by my father's active lifestyle, I immersed myself from a young age in a variety of sports, constantly exploring new ways to challenge my body. This curiosity led me to pursue a Master’s degree in Sports Science from the University of Tartu (2009–2014), where I deepened my understanding of human physiology and movement.
I’m committed to continuously updating my knowledge and skills through specialized courses and training, enabling me to deliver effective, evidence-based strategies for long-term pain relief and mobility improvement.
My mission is to help people—especially those suffering from joint pain—regain their strength and mobility. Through my programs and a focus on mobility, I empower individuals to move better and thrive in their daily activities.

Personal trainer
Yes! These programs are designed for everyone, from beginners to advanced and has no age limit. If you have serious injuries or health issues, please consult with a doctor or specialist before starting this program.
No equipment! These are bodyweight training programs. You definitely have a wall, floor and a chair. For some bonus workouts you will need tennis balls, foam roller and resistance band.
Access to the programs is provided for 1 year from the date of purchase.
The programs last 4-6 weeks, plus 1 bonus week. Every week consists of 2-5 videos with exercise explanations.
It's recommended to exercise every day for just 10 minutes at a time.
